Educate your client on how a 15% CTR is to be expected for a rather high-performing campaign, and compare it to past campaigns and industry benchmarks for a clearer picture. 

Unsubscribers

Lastly, gauge how well your content is landing with your client’s mailing list by tracking how many people unsubscribe after a newsletter, for example, gets deployed. This metric will also help you and your team keep tabs on if your client is being flagged as spam in recipients’ folders, which you can address.
