To remain competitive in the digital marketing industry, we place great importance on providing our employees with the skills and training they need to provide our clients with the best in white label services. Recently, Globital UK CEO Damian Papworth flew to Dubai to provide the company’s Pakistan team with training focused on improving their already considerable client offering and leadership capabilities.
The training took place in October 2017 over the course of a week, and was aimed at giving the heads of department and managers of Globital UK’s Pakistan office new methods of approaching client service, and new leadership skills to help the business grow.
Asjad Afzal, Head of Operations for the Pakistan office, was one of the company’s leaders present at the training, and thrilled by it’s outcomes “The training was excellent, a real game changer for us and the company.” He went on to say that, “Damian has expanded the way we look at our client’s user experience, and given us the tools to give them a holistic service that will help their businesses grow. I can’t wait to see our managers in action.”
The company’s social media manager, Affan Manzoor, was just as pleased with his CEO’s guidance. “Damian has made us realise that we don’t have to see our projects as just another task, but instead as a necessary building block in our client’s success.” Affan also added, “We’ve recapped the fact that we are in the business of making our clients succeed, this means if they succeed, we succeed. It’s a powerful message we can’t wait to spread across our company.”
CEO Damian Papworth, was more than pleased at how the training helped his team, “I love giving our business’ leaders the tools they need to succeed. The training is just one of the ways we reinvest our skills back into our business, and I can’t wait to see it bear fruit for our clients, and their clients as well.”
