My Vision for SEO Resellers Australia
I have spoken to many people about what my vision for this company is, as it is a little different to what most people expect. It’s a bit different as it is not about SEO, it’s about your business.
My vision and the vision for Globital is this:

With this vision clearly in mind, I was really looking forward to visiting our core operations hub in Pakistan in February. The main focus of this trip was to motivate and encourage the team, while also explaining the key elements of this vision in a practical sense. IE. What this vision means in terms of providing the wholesale services we provide.
Insights from My Visit to Pakistan in February
As I spent time with the team in Pakistan, it came to me that what I was actually doing was sharing with them all the insights I had gained from all the communication and discussions I have had with you, our agencies, over the last 6 months. And I realised this is the real strength of the business model we have here. Sure, we aren’t perfect yet, but this mix of Australian ownership, communication with you, process management and direction combined with the cost effectiveness of our operations teams is what sets us apart.

SEO Resellers South Africa has been experienced strong growth over several months, which prompted CEO Damian Papworth to make his first visit to the company’s South African offices after a successful first few months of copywriting operation. While many businesses operate globally, it’s rare for executive management to make the time to ensure that each office gets individual, one-on-one attention.
The trip was a successful one and will hopefully be the first of many.
The purpose of Damian’s visit was to bolster the operations of the copywriting team, and begin offering, to the South African digital industry, all the other digital marketing services that Globital has become so successful at supporting international agencies with.
Following Damian’s visit to the region, local Director of Operations, Steven Slotow, would begin heading up and building a sales team based in South Africa, responsible for selling into the market and supporting agencies as they signed up.
This visit was also an opportunity for Damian to get back in touch with a few of the local agencies that he had met in previous, unofficial visits as well as to start bedding down a formal corporate infrastructure and pass on the general culture and attitudes of the Globital brand to the local team.
Overall the trip was a great success and all goals for the period were met. It was the perfect way to start officially setting up and growing the SEO Resellers South Africa brand.
