Fabrice Canel said Microsoft is working on making Bing Webmaster Tools email updates less overwhelming.

He replied on X, saying they’re “working to streamline things” after Martin MacDonald shared that he was getting too many emails from Bing Webmaster Tools.

Here’s the screenshot Martin posted:

Yeah, that’s definitely a lot of emails in a short time.

Fabrice responded, saying:
“With Bing interest surging, more SEOs are adding many domains and facing email overload. We’re working to streamline things—stay tuned! I am impacted myself (Outlook rules to the rescue).”

It looks like Google has also tackled similar issues with Search Console in the past.
